wonderful stay with excellent service
helpful doormen prompt response accessible room bay window
the doormen were always helpful getting a cab. desk staff and concierge responded promptly to our requests.. they did so even before our arrival. our accessible room met our needs very well. i loved the bay window overlooking the park and enjoyed morning coffee there.
i found the room very small. it lacked a dresser, disappointing.

the hotel sits in a very nice and quiet area. it is near sloane street, kings road, and harrods, offering many options. a farmers market is also a few blocks away on saturdays.

warm welcome personalized surprises signature cocktails
Angelica welcomed us warmly upon arrival. She was professional, friendly. The room had personalized surprises. A cookie with a photo of my husband and I was there, it showed true passion and attention to detail. Dinner was exquisite. Valerio guided us through the culinary journey with kindness and professionalism. Vittorio introduced us to some amazing signature cocktails at the bar.
The gym was somewhat small, it felt average for the price I paid.

The hotel has a quiet neighborhood location. It is within walking distance of Sloan Square, King's Road, and Harrods. The area is beautiful, mostly residential, though it does contain embassies nearby.

The room was perfectly clean and relatively spacious. I requested a walk-in shower, and it was provided. There was a nice view of the surrounding area of Belgravia. The mattress was very comfortable, the blanket felt especially cozy.

The hotel restaurant provided excellent service and food. The dishes melted in our mouths. I strongly suggest the truffle arancini and the donuts with Nutella or pistachio. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar were nice.

The hotel offers a luxurious, boho vibe. It reminded me of walking into an ideal living room. The Terrace provided an amazing experience. The hotel's location is safe, three tube stations are nearby.

Modern Stay Near Hyde Park
modern room high floor excellent location
I really charmed by my modern, spacious and clean room, it was at a high floor. Breakfast is lovely I found. The hotel location is excellent. It is close to Hyde Park, Sloane Square, and Knightsbridge. I will come back!

smooth check-in front desk complimentary snacks small gym standard minibar additional charge
the hotel provided a smooth check-in process. the staff at the front desk were very efficient. my room included complimentary snacks and soft drinks in the minibar. the location is central, so it was easy to get around.
i found the gym to be quite small. i also noticed that the minibar selection was standard. i was surprised by an additional charge because of a limit, it was not communicated clearly..
